Keep Asking, Keep Seeking, Keep Knocking

Verse of the Day: “For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” — Matthew 7:8 (NKJV)
Verse of the Day: “For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” Matthew 7:8 (NKJV)

Jesus gives us a promise here that is both simple and powerful — but also deeply challenging: Don’t stop.

Ask… Seek… Knock…

These are not one-time actions. They are a lifestyle of persistence, faith, and relationship with God.

Ask — Bring Your Needs to Him

God invites you to ask. Not because He doesn’t already know what you need, but because asking builds trust.

Ask boldly. Ask specifically. Ask believing that He hears you.

You are not bothering God — you are coming to your Father.

Seek — Pursue His Presence

Seeking goes deeper than asking. It’s not just about what God can give — it’s about knowing Him.

When you seek God, you begin to find more than answers. You find peace. You find direction. You find Him.

Knock — Don’t Give Up

Knocking requires persistence. It’s what you do when the door hasn’t opened yet.

And that word yet matters.

Sometimes God answers immediately. Sometimes He delays. Sometimes He redirects.

But this promise stands:

The door will be opened.

For Everyone

Don’t miss this part:

“For everyone who asks…”

Not the perfect. Not the most spiritual. Not the most qualified.

Everyone.

That includes you.

If You’ve Been Waiting…

If you’ve been praying and haven’t seen the answer…If you’ve been seeking and still feel uncertain…If you’ve been knocking and the door seems closed…

Don’t stop.

God is working in ways you cannot see. And the door He opens will always be the right one.

Prayer: Lord, give me faith to keep asking, seeking, and knocking. When I feel discouraged, remind me of Your promises. Help me trust Your timing and believe that You are working on my behalf. Amen.

Takeaway: Don’t quit. Don’t lose heart.

Keep asking. Keep seeking. Keep knocking.

Your answer is closer than you think. 🚪✨
